Shannon got her start in the insurance industry on the carrier side in 2011, where she gained experience in COBRA administration, system implementation, account management & sales support for the Mid to Large Market Washington state groups. She eventually made her way over to the Broker side of the business as an account manager. Here she can utilize all the servicing skills she’s acquired over the years to help employers navigate today’s healthcare market more efficiently and aide them in strategically creating innovative benefit solutions for their employees.


Shannon’s favorite job to date is being her son’s biggest fan! Whether that means getting bundled up in the fall for football games or surviving the Pacific Northwest rain during baseball season that is her “happy place”.
